Full Session title: Science Communication Through Emotionally Charged Extreme Events
Speakers will present successes, challenges, and lessons learned when communicating science during extreme events such as floods, dam failures, and hurricanes. This webinar is an encore presentation of lightning talks and summary of experiences holding an improvisational skill building exercise during the San Antonio AFS meeting. This session and webinar are supported by the AFS Climate Committee and Science Communication Section.
